Q1: Tell me about yourself.
別一上來就說“I’m a hardworking person.” 我朋友當(dāng)時(shí)沒背模板,而是說:“I started my career in marketing, but what really excites me is how data can tell stories. That’s why I’m here today—to bridge creativity and analytics.”
Q2: Why do you want to work here?
很多人會(huì)說“We’re global!” 或者 “Your values align with mine.” 我朋友的回答是:“I’ve followed your sustainability reports for two years—I even shared one on LinkedIn last month. Your commitment to reducing carbon footprint isn’t just PR—it’s embedded in your product design. That’s the kind of company I want to grow with.”
Q3: What’s your biggest weakness?
我朋友說:“I used to avoid asking for help because I thought it showed weakness. But after joining a crossborder team, I realized collaboration is strength—not failure. Now I proactively seek feedback early.”
